|Recommended: NoIt's Good but... — I find myself saying this all too often in the 2 years I and my family have lived here. Cons Price I feel the rent is too expensive for what you are getting. 1B 1b a small living area and kitchen with utilities rent taxes will cost me around 1800.00 a month. Parking Parking outside is just annoying unless you are home at 3 pm good luck parking next to your building, and if you want to park in the garage there is an extra monthly fee. Rules Tenants do not follow rules of keeping animals on leashes and all too often I'm either charged at or have almost hit a dog because no one wants their dog on a leash. Parcel the parcel hub I originally thought was a great idea until I found out a lot of the delivery drivers besides Amazon do not use it. So you are constantly searching for packages or have to get a refund for lost items. Pro AC works great, the balcony view is amazing, the elevator is very nice when moving, pet friendly, and the pool is amazing The new owners have made our decision to renew a no-brainer and a lot of the cons on this list they are already looking at fixing. I genuinely hope things turn around soon even more.
Thank you for your review Matthew. The cons on your list are things definitely items in which we are actively addressing. Thank you for being a wonderful resident here at Dry Creek - Dry Creek Management

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Stay — Great place to stay, only downfall is the parking My schedule I work I can never park outside when I get home from work so I'm forced to buy an underground parking spot so I don't walk so far.
|Recommended: YesI haven’t been here long but I’m happy. The parking is challenging sometimes but never impossible.
