At Renewal, based off market rent.

What is the parking situation?

Resident permit parking and paid garage parking.

Are there plans to update the building?

Hallways in B & D will have new flooring by the end of the year.

Is there a penalty for breaking my lease?

Yes - break fee or paid until re-rented.
